Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said
"You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.

There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.

She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely
off topic but I had to tell someone!

First off I would like to say excellent blog!
I had a quick question that I´d like to ask if you don´t mind.

I was interested to find out how you center
yourself and clear your mind before writing.
I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10
to 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?
